This year's senior class represents a diverse group of talent, each leaving an indelible mark on the Bruins baseball program.
Abdiel Santana (#1), a five-year cornerstone of the team, is not only graduating with a Master's Degree in Business but also plans to pursue his passion for music at Berklee College of Music. His teammates will surely miss his infectious energy and, as he fondly recalls, the legendary "Barrel Rolls."
Avery Adams (#4), a four-year contributor, has his sights set on becoming a Graduate Assistant while pursuing his MBA. With aspirations to coach and own a business, Avery's dedication and camaraderie, highlighted by his favorite memories of road trips and fishing with his teammates, will be deeply missed.
Angel Martinez (#5), a two-year member, looks forward to applying his skills in general contracting. The memories forged during the week-long playoff trip will undoubtedly stay with him as he embarks on this new chapter.
Jovany Pedraza Mendez (#7), a four-year player earning his degree in Business Administration, plans to return home and embrace whatever path God has in store. His favorite baseball memories, including winning the Fall World Series and the bonds built with his teammates, speak volumes about his commitment to the program.
Chase Locklar (#9), a four-year stalwart graduating with a Bachelor's in Biology and a Master's in Leadership, is eager to begin his coaching career. The brotherhood and lifelong friendships formed during road trips and "mafia games on the vans" are memories he will carry with him.
Elias Nurideen (#10), a two-year member graduating with a degree in Psychology, aims to become a Forensic Psychologist. The exhilarating sweep of Toccoa on their home field last season stands out as his favorite moment.
Jamie Winecoff (#11), a five-year veteran earning a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Criminal Justice, is setting his sights on a career with Duke Energy. The regional trip to Jacksonville during his junior year remains a cherished memory.
AJ Callaway (#14), a four-year player graduating with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Criminal Justice, is eagerly anticipating his wedding in September. The team bonding experiences during van rides and away trips are his most treasured baseball memories.
Elijah Carter (#15), a four-year contributor graduating with a degree in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Criminal Justice, is open to wherever his faith leads him. The camaraderie and "trash talking" during road trips and home games are memories he will hold dear.
Alex Noll (#20), a one-year member graduating with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, is looking forward to coaching baseball and securing a full-time job. The initial connections he made with PAC, Ty, and Garrett highlight the welcoming spirit of the team.
Xavier Stewart (#22), a three-year player graduating with a degree in Computer Science, leaves behind a legacy of dedication.Â
Kenny Cunningham (#44), a four-year member earning a degree in Business Administration, is passionate about continuing to work with and mentor children. His first college hit against Bob Jones will forever be a highlight of his time as a Bruin.
Donovan White (#55), a four-year player graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and planning to pursue his MBA at Wake Forest University, fondly remembers his first at-bat and the exhilarating double against Averett.
