Carolina University Women's Soccer delivered one of its most complete performances of the season Friday evening, securing a commanding 3–0 victory over Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. The Bruins from Winston-Salem spoiled the night with a dominant effort on both ends of the field.
Carolina wasted no time asserting itself offensively. In the 10th minute, Peyton Battilla found the back of the net to open the scoring and give the Bruins an early 1–0 advantage. Less than ten minutes later, McKenna VonCannon doubled the lead with a strike in the 20th minute, putting Carolina firmly in control heading into halftime.
The visiting Bruins continued their strong play after the break. Alexa Anderson added an insurance goal in the 55th minute—her fifth shot of the night—to cap off a balanced and relentless attacking display. Anderson led the offense with five total shots, while Battilla tallied five with three on target. Carolina outshot Bob Jones 16–4 overall and controlled possession throughout the match.
Defensively, goalkeeper Waleska Gonzalez anchored the back line with a composed performance, recording three saves in the clean sheet. Carolina also held Bob Jones without a single corner kick, underscoring the visitors' defensive dominance.
With the victory, Carolina University improves to 2–7–3 on the season, while Bob Jones falls to 2–6–5.
Head Coach Boo Tesh praised his team's poise and energy:

Carolina will return the field as they travel to Toccoa Falls on Tuesday, October 14 with kickoff slated for 6 p.m.
