Box Score 2 Salisbury, NC – Carolina University Women's Volleyball had an impressive showing in their tri-match this Friday, emerging victorious in their matches against Livingstone College and Johnson & Wales University.
Against Livingstone College, the Bruins dominated, securing a straight-set victory with scores of 25-19, 25-14, and 25-17. Sion Murrian and Karli Totel led the offensive effort, each notching 8 kills. The Bruins' hitting was solid in the third set, where they posted an impressive .345 hitting percentage.
The Bruins' aggressive serving was a highlight of the match, with Kamra King delivering 7 service aces. On the defensive end, Totel contributed significantly with 2 solo blocks and 1 block assist, helping to solidify the Bruins' sturdy defense.
