Kissimmee, FL – Carolina University Men's Soccer, ranked #1, faced off against #6 seed Southwestern Christian University in the second round of pool play at the NCCAA National Tournament today. The match ended in a hard-fought 1-1 draw, with both teams giving their all on the field.

The Eagles started strong, finding the back of the net early in the first half. However, a crucial mistake led to a penalty kick for the Bruins, giving them a chance to equalize. Senior Owen Vaughn stepped up and calmly converted the penalty, leveling the score at 1-1.

Despite continued efforts from both sides, neither team could break the deadlock in the second half. The Blue and Gold created several opportunities but couldn't find the net again, while the Bruins' defense held firm, ensuring the match ended in a tie.
