Winston-Salem, NC – The Carolina University Women's Basketball team faced off against Truett-McConnell at home for their third regular-season game. The Bruins fought fiercely, securing a 45-39 victory.
The Blue and Gold established an early lead, and although the Bears managed to narrow the gap in the second quarter, the Bruins maintained their advantage throughout the game. Notably, Carly Bolden emerged as a key offensive player, contributing 11 points and 1 rebound.
The Women's Basketball team will be back in action on November 5th at home against West Virginia University Institute of Technology, with tip-off scheduled for 5:00 PM.
