Virginia Beach, VA – The Carolina University Women's Soccer team faced off against the Royals of Regent University this weekend, delivering an impressive performance with a decisive 4-0 victory.
The Blue and Gold got off to a strong start, with Ashlyn Herzog scoring the first of many goals on Saturday evening, assisted by Morgan Meyers. Kloe Totel quickly followed up with another goal, set up by Alexa Anderson. The Royals struggled to find the net, stumped by the Bruins' solid defense.
Shortly after the start of the second half, Destini Wilson found the net, and Sidney Smith capped off the scoring for the evening.
Goalkeeper Alona Locklear made 2 crucial saves during the match.
The Women's Soccer team will be back in action on November 2nd against Regent University at home for Senior Night, starting at 4:00 PM.
