Columbia, KY – The Carolina University Women's Basketball team returned home after their opening weekend, facing off against Alice Lloyd College on Saturday evening.

The Bruins fought hard and secured a well-deserved victory, marking a great start to the season. Shantazia Gordon began her season strong with a double-double, recording 10 rebounds and 16 points. Keyani Jackson also achieved a double-double, contributing 13 rebounds and 14 points. The Bruins are off to a strong start and show no signs of slowing down.

The Women's Basketball team will be back in action on October 28th against Virginia University of Lynchburg at home, starting at 6:00 PM.
