WINSTON-SALEM, NC -- Carolina University Women's Soccer hosted Warren Wilson College on Saturday, October 23rd. The Bruins celebrated 6 players as a part of Senior Day and their performance did not disappoint. Carolina University appeared to be in control from the beginning and took the 1-0 lead in the 28th minute. An additional goal before halftime pushed the lead to 2. Finally, a goal at 51:42 put the game away for good and allowed the Bruins to coast into the 3-0 win.
Carolina University had three different scorers in this game.
Aaliyah Rubio (3) scored first and Sheila Aguilar (2) also found the back of the net prior to halftime. In the second half, Alondra Ramon (3) scored off a
Natasha Mariam assist. The 6 Seniors that were honored prior to the game were:

Mary Jester,
Aaliyah Rubio,
Briana Odoms, and Zee Ventura. The Women's Soccer Coaching Staff and the entire Carolina University Athletic Department would like to thank them again for their hard work and dedication to CU over the years!
The Bruins are now 6-8 with 3 games remaining. Carolina University will host NCCAA opponent Campbellsville-Harrodsburg on Tuesday, October 26th. This game will kick-off at 1:00PM and will have a LiveStream through cubruins.com.
