MARIETTA, GA -- Men's Volleyball faced off against Life University as a part of a Tournament hosted by the Running Eagles. Life defended their home court well and secured the first set 25-11. The Bruins bounced back and played very tight in the second. A late run by Carolina University brought the Bruins to within 2 at 17-19. However, Life University was able to find a groove and closed out the Bruins with 6 straight points. That momentum carried over into the third set, and the Running Eagles won the match 3-0. 

Again, Tijmir Glasco led the Bruins with 13 assists and was tied for the team-high with 3 digs. Steven Wilson had 6 kills, 1 ace and 3 digs. Wesley Diggs was another Bruin with 3 digs and 1 ace.

Carolina University will turn around quickly to play Cumberland University on Saturday, January 16th. That match will begin at noon ET.
