MARIETTA, GA -- The Bruins Men's Volleyball Team played Cumberland University to close out the weekend. The Bruins challenged the Phoenix throughout, but Cumberland pulled away in each set to win the match 3-0. 

Ronald Smart came up big for the Bruins leading all participants with 3 blocks. Smart also had 4 kills on the day. Steven Wilson again paced the Bruins with 6 kills and had 3 digs and 1 block. Tijhmir Glasco was all over the court with a team-high 8 digs and  assists. 

The Bruins will now prepare for the NCCAA Men's Volleyball National Invitational. Carolina University will be the host of this incredible event next weekend. The Bruins will have 3 matches taking place between Friday, January 22nd and Saturday, January 23rd.
