WINSTON-SALEM, NC -- The CU Women's Basketball Team hosted the St. Andrews College Knights on Monday, November 23rd. The Bruins were coming off a tough road loss, but wasted no time bouncing back. Coach Tatum's team put up an incredible first quarter. The Bruins forced 13 turnovers including 10 steals in route to a 26-9 lead after just 10 minutes. Carolina University was able to turn that fast start into a 20 point lead at the half. The Bruins would never look back as they went on to win 76-50. Carolina University Women's Basketball remained undefeated at home and moved to 4-2 after another victory over an NAIA opponent.Â
Carolina University featured a balanced attack in this one where everyone who entered the game scored and 4 Bruins were in double-figures.
Ni'Jaa Wells led the way with a 13 point - 11 rebound double-double.

Mychala Wolfe, and
Marlaysia Westbrook were the Bruins in double-figures with 14, 12, and 13 points respectively. As a team, Carolina University was +14 on the boards and recorded 18 steals.Â
Carolina University will be back in action January 15th when they travel to face-off against NCCAA opponent Johnson University in Knoxville, TN.
