VIRGINIA BEACH, VA - After a victory against the Apprentice School, the Lady Bruins turned around to defeat the Royals of Regent University on Friday (Dec. 20) with a score of 66 to 53.

Lexius Houzer and LeOnzerrae Grubbs were an offensive force for PIU for the second night in a row, scoring a total of 24 points and seven rebounds between the two. Lenzi Brown added nine points while three Bruins scored six points: Mychala Wolfe, Alysia McLeod, and Brianna Best.

Piedmont will take a break for the holidays and return for the 2020 slate on Friday, January 10th when they host Regent University at 6 PM.
