SWEET BRIAR, VA - The Lady Bruins bounced back quickly from their Friday night loss and grabbed a dominant 4-0 win on Saturday over the Sweet Briar College Vixens.

Adellah McManus opened the scoring just inside of 10 minutes as junior forward
Cierra Josey recorded the assist, giving the Lady Bruins the 1-0 lead.Â
The lead was doubled in the 30th minute as freshman midfielder Shiela Aguilar tapped home the rebound from Josey's shot that hit the post.
Josey would get a goal of her own just four minutes after the half, as she finished off her shot that hit the post. Junior midfielder
Ariana Gonzalez grabbed her first goal of the season, finishing off the game 4-0.
The Lady Bruins were dominant throughout, leading the shot count 36-4 in the game. Mincey led the shot tally with nine recorded shots. Freshman forward
Trinity Gray had six shots.Â
"After playing last night, we rotated the squad a lot," said Head Coach
Kyle Neal. "We are happy to be able to pull out a win after a hard night. The girls got out and did the job despite the tired legs. Credit to the substitutes for carrying most of the load today."
The Lady Bruins will be back home on Wednesday night as they host King University at BB&T Soccer Park in Advance, NC. Kickoff time is 6 PM.Â
