COLUMBIA, SC - The PIU Bruins men's soccer team traveled to Columbia International University on Saturday, October 19th, where the Rams came out victorious with a 6-1 win.
The Ram's started the scoring off in the 9th minute of the game. However, the Bruins would bounce back to tie the game 1-1 after a sharp goal from
Marco Diaz in the 16th minute. After a few minutes of hard-earned play, CIU would go up 2-1 after a goal from the Ram's Marco Da Paz in the 21st minute.Â
The second half of the game would be a challenge for the Bruins as CIU posted four more goals, putting them up 6-1 at the end of the game.Â
