Amber Bass is entering her third season as Head Softball Coach at Carolina University. Bass is also the Head Sports Information Director.
Education: Bass graduated from Salem College with a degree in Special Education.
Professional:Â Bass started her coaching career as an assistant volleyball and softball coach at John Wesley University. Through the merger, Bass became the assistant softball coach then was promoted to head coach in 2018. Before becoming a full time coach in 2018, Bass worked as a special education teacher.
Collegiate: Coach Bass received many accolades during her playing career. She was awarded All-Freshman team (2012), All-Conference (2012), All-Conference (2014), and All-Academic (2015). In 2015, the softball team at Salem College were Conference Tournament Champions and made a NCAA Regional appearance.
Personal: Bass is from Clinton, NC.
