As a Freshman:

In her debut season as a Bruin, Samuels competed in 56 sets, achieving just shy of 250 kills and 63 digs. She was also honored as the Impact Player of the Year.

Samuels graduated from St. Anthony High School.

Personal:

Currently studying criminal justice, her favorite verse is "1 Peter 5:7 - Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."
