James Wright is in his third season as Carolina University's Volunteer Assistant Baseball Coach.
Education: Wright received a degree in Aviation Maintenance Tech from Guilford Technical Community College.
Professional: Coach Wright has been coaching baseball for the last 15 years. He spent five years as a coach at Salem Baptist Christian School before coming to Piedmont.
Athletics: Wright played baseball in high school but an arm injury ended his ability to play in college. He was on the golf team for two years in high school and qualified for the state tournament as a senior.
