Carolina Baseball Splits Doubleheader with Spartanburg Methodist

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Carolina University Baseball hosted Spartanburg Methodist for a Tuesday afternoon doubleheader at Rich Park on March 10, splitting the two games with a loss in the opener before rallying for a comeback victory in game two.

Associate Head Coach Logan Conklin praised the team's response after the early setback.

"Our guys showed a lot of resilience after a tough first game," said Conklin. "We kept competing and put together quality at-bats in the second game to turn things around. That kind of response says a lot about the character of this group."
