Carolina University took on Bluefield University in a doubleheader at Wilson Park, securing a 4-2 victory in Game 1 before falling 15-3 in Game 2.
Game 1: Carolina Holds Off Bluefield for 4-2 Win
In the opening game, Carolina used early offense and a strong pitching performance from D. Brooks to secure a 4-2 victory over Bluefield.

Carolina jumped ahead 2-0 in the first inning after
ZyMaijah Thomas and
Nicole Otto reached base and were driven in by
Kalea Bolch.
Cameryn Hays extended the lead with a solo home run in the second. Despite Bluefield's 10-hit effort,
Danielle Brooks worked out of trouble multiple times, striking out nine to secure the complete-game win.
Game 2: Bluefield Responds with Offensive Outburst
Bluefield responded emphatically in the second game, breaking out for 15 runs on 13 hits to hand Carolina a 15-3 loss in five innings.
