Columbia, SC- Carolina University Baseball battled on the road during Wednesday's doubleheader against the Rams of Columbia International University.
The Bruins won the first game 9-6, tallying 2 home runs. The Rams were able to beat the Bruins in game 2, with a final score of 6-9.
Game 1
In the bottom of the 4th, the Rams were in the lead 1-4, but the Blue and Gold claimed 8 runs ending the 4th 9-4. The Bruins were able to take advantage of pitching errors and 3 walked batters.
Bryan Deegan tallied a home run for the Bruins while claiming 3 RBIs.
Game 2
Columbia International got off to a quicker start than the Bruins in the 2nd, and the Bruins were unable to maintain their momentum from the 1st game. 4 Bruins claimed doubles in the second game and
