Elizabeth City, NC - Carolina University Men's Basketball (4-12) battled on the road this weekend at Mid-Atlantic Christian University (3-11) on Saturday, January 13. 

The game was neck and neck, the Bruins were down the first half 34-43. Cameron Parker and Adam Claybourne were crucial in Saturday's win over Mid-Atlantic Christian University. Parker managed a triple-double with 12 rebounds, 11 assists, and 15 points which was key for the outcome of the game. Claybourne led in points with 26, making 13 out of his 16 attempts. Claybourne and Parker's consistent hot streak aided in the Bruins' triumph Saturday night. 

Marcell White is another notable game-changer, tallying 14 points for the Bruins. With 29 total bench points 18 of those were in the second half. The Bruins were able to gain momentum and ultimately make the game their own. 

The Men's Basketball team is back in action at Williams Gymnasium on January 20, as they take on the University of Fort Lauderdale. You can support the Bruins live on their home court or watch online.
