Rio Grande, OH - Carolina University Men's Volleyball played at Rio Grande University on Friday, February 24th at 7:00 pm. The Bruins had a difficult start to the match, finishing the first set at 12-24. CU came back fighting in the second set and the teams went back and forth taking leads. The Bruins finished the second set just shy at 23-25. The Red Storm continued to challenge Carolina's offense and although the Bruins kept up with them in the third set, they couldn't get ahead. CU finished the third set at 22-25 for a final score of 0-3 against Rio Grande. 

Mason Chambers led the Bruins with 10 kills, and had an ace, a block, and 8 digs. Bryson Abernathy had 7 kills and 8 digs. Steven Wilson recorded 10 digs. Tijhmir Glasco had a team high of 25 assists and 2 aces. 

Carolina University Men's Volleyball will play at Truett McConnell University on Tuesday, February 28th at 7:00 pm. TMU is 0-12 on their season and recently lost to CU in a sweep. Support the Bruins with the LiveStream and LiveStats available.
