Bluefield, WV - Carolina University Women's Basketball played at Bluefield State University on Saturday, February 11th at 2:00 pm. CU had a challenging matchup against this NCAA DII team. The Bruins defense held in the first two quarters and went to halftime 26-36. CU was unable to mount a comeback after the break and The Big Blue took the game with a score of 84-52.

Kevanika Brown had a good night with 15 points and 5 assists. Ashley Roberts was close behind with 14 points and 6 rebounds. Denasia Mitchell scored 9 points and led the game with 12 rebounds. 

Carolina University will play at Clinton College on Wednesday, February 15th at 6:00 pm. They will complete their regular season on Saturday, February 18th at Voorhees University.
