Bermuda Run, NC - Carolina University Men's Soccer (13-2-1) hosted Johnson & Wales University (12-1-4) on Wednesday, November 1.
The Bruins' final regular season game at home was a hotly contested matchup, with Johnson & Wales jumping ahead to a 2-0 lead in the sixty-third minute. The Bruins stormed back with two goals by Karell Buitendijk to seal the 2-2 draw and finish the season unbeaten at home.
William Cothill played all ninety minutes in goal, and recorded six saves. His 56 saves this season give him the record for most career saves in addition to recording the most saves in a single season at Carolina University. Cothill also leads the NCCAA in saves.
The Bruins travel to Virginia Beach on Friday, November 10 to finish their regular season against Regent University.
