LAKE WALES, FL -- Carolina University Women's Volleyball traveled to the NCCAA DI South Region Tournament against Warner University on Friday, November 19th. The Bruins hoped to win and advance to the National Tournament, but fell short against the Royals. The Bruins kept it very close in the first set with a final score of 25-22. The Royals closed out the match by winning all 3 sets by small margins. The Bruins falter in a 0-3 loss to the Royals to end their season.Â
Even with the defeat, the Bruins had some outstanding performances from Kamra King, Destinee Hardamon, and Kylie Kay. King played an overall incredible game ending the match with 5 kills, 1 ace, 1 block, 16 assists, and 11 digs. Hardamon ended with 7 kills with great contributions to our score. Kay also had contributions all over the map with 5 kills and an ace.Â
