Winston-Salem, NC -- The Piedmont International University men's soccer team fell at home 3-1 on Thursday night to the visiting Greensboro College Pride.

After falling behind in the 27th minute, the Bruins tied up the match as Jose Perez got the ball past Greensboro's keeper on a penalty kick. This was Perez's third goal of the season.

In the second half, an unfortunate ball mishandle on defense led to a goal for the Pride. Greensboro College would go on to add their third and final goal in the last two minutes of play.

Perez led the attack with two shots, with both being on goal and one finding the back of the net. Marco Diaz recorded a shot of his own. Tony Ramirez made five saves in goal.

The Bruins will hit the road tomorrow as they take on Regent University at 7:00 PM.
