Noah's first intro into fitness and sport came in the form of football. He played five years of collegiate football while earning his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and Human Performance at Quincy University in Illinois. During that time, he also worked as a personal trainer.

Noah then moved to North Carolina to pursue a master’s degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University. While completing his graduate studies, he interned with the football team and conducted published research in the areas of maximal strength and power, bone mineral density, and all-cause mortality in relation to strength.

After earning his master’s degree, Noah served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for football at North Dakota State University, where he was part of a Division I FCS National Championship winning team.

Noah most recently served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at D1 Winston-Salem, programming and leading sessions for athletes of all ages and sports.

Today, Noah continues to train and compete, and he is an elite-level powerlifter in the 242-pound weight class. Outside the gym, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Emily, disc golfing, and watching sports.
