Isaac Schlagel

Isaac Schlagel joins the Carolina University men’s basketball program as a Graduate Assistant, bringing a diverse background in leadership and team dynamics to the Bruins. Currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at Carolina University, Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

A former student-athlete himself, Isaac's experience as a player has shaped his understanding of the game and the importance of teamwork. He has honed his leadership skills through various roles, including serving as the head coach for a club-level ultimate frisbee team, where he successfully managed team schedules, practices, and strategies, fostering a competitive yet supportive environment.

Isaac's academic background in engineering has equipped him with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which he plans to leverage in player development and game strategy. His previous work in quality assurance and project management at prestigious organizations like Boeing and Mazda Toyota Manufacturing demonstrates his commitment to excellence and attention to detail—traits that he will bring to the basketball program.
