Dylan Hay

Dylan Hay is entering his second season as the Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at Carolina University. Before beginning his collegiate coaching career at CU, Hay was a highly accomplished student-athlete, playing a key role in establishing a strong culture within the Bruins’ Men’s Basketball program. As one of the first players recruited under the new coaching staff, he contributed significantly to the team that reached the NCCAA South Regional Tournament in 2020 and earned recognition as an NCCAA Scholar Athlete.

After his time at Carolina University, Hay transitioned to Track and Field, competing for two seasons before embarking on his coaching career. He began coaching at the high school and AAU levels, where he developed his coaching skills and passion for mentoring young athletes.

Originally from Rapid City, SD, Hay earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Minnesota State Mankato. His diverse athletic background and commitment to player development make him a valuable asset to the Bruins' coaching staff.
