Men's Basketball Extends Win Streak to Three

Winston-Salem, NC — The Carolina University Men's Basketball team hosted the Morris College Hornets tonight on their home court, battling back and forth but ultimately maintaining a steady lead throughout the game. The Bruins emerged victorious with a final score of 90-70.

The Bruins came out strong, with back-to-back three-pointers by Davon Cottle setting the tone early. They had the final say in the first half, hitting a three-pointer at the buzzer to close out the half with a 43-37 lead.

Maury led the way for the Bruins with 19 points, while Cameron Buchanan also contributed 14 points going 4-6 behind the 3. In a exciting finish, the Bruins held on to their lead and secured the win.

Men's Basketball will be back in action this Saturday, as they travel to take on Regent University at 5:30 PM.
