The Bruins battled to come back from a first half deficit with a 45 point second half but fell just short, finishing with a final score of 65-67.Â
Jayden Jackson led the scoring for Carolina University with 13 crucial points, and Adam Claybourne continued his streak of solid performances, securing another double-double with eleven points and twelve rebounds.
The Bruins return to Williams Gymnasium to face Paine College on Wednesday, January 10, at 7pm.
